Cidal Activities of OXY2002

Bactericide: OXY2002 is lethal to most pathogenic organisms at concentrations as low as 0.1 mg/ml. Kills E-Coli, E-Coli IMP, Clostridium botulinum, Staphyloccocus aureus (MSSA), Staphylococcus aureus (MASA) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa using less than 30% of the amounts and proportions using chlorine gas.

Virucide: OXY2002 inactivates enterovirus, adenovirus, reovirus, papilliferous, poliomyelitis and coxsackie viruses.

Protozocide: OXY2002 is lethal against one celled organisms such as protozoa, amoebae, fungi and nematodes. It is 50 fold more effective against girardia and cryptosporidium parvum than chlorine.

Fungicide: OXY2002 was tested at the Microbiology Laboratory at American Cyanamid, Medical Research Division, Pearl River, New York. It is effective at Inhibitory Dilutions of 1:1000 for Ustilago maydis, and Aspergillis niger of 1:500 for Rhodotorula rubra and Candida albicans, and against Scizosaccharomyces pombe at 1:10,000.

Algicide: OXY2002 is highly effective in the elimination of phytoplankton, scendemus, volvox, synedra, anabaena and vorticella in concentrations of 1 ppm.

Sporicide: OXY2002 used in equivalent concentrations to chlorine is effective against Cryptosporadium, B peridium subtilus, B mesentericus and B megatherium and actinomycete of the streptomyces type.

OXY2002 is a stable, non-toxic liquid replacement for Chlorine, Ozone, Hydrogen Peroxide and other Water Treatment Products.

OXY2002 is registered for use in Canada with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Department of Health in Thailand. The STD-60 examination has been completed by the National Sanitation Foundation.

OXY2002 reacts favorably to eliminate inorganic sulfides, some iron and manganese compounds, and some alcohol, aldehydes, and pesticides.

OXY2002 has a proven shelf life of up to five years and will be guaranteed to have a shelf life of one year if unopened and stored in cool place.
